Vice President of Quinn Site Solutions

Quinn Company | Riverside, California
Salary Range: $195,000–$265,000

 

As Vice President of Quinn Site Solutions, you will lead Quinn’s growing ecosystem of integrated construction technology—including Cat machine technology, Trimble and SITECH grade control, VisionLink connected fleet solutions, drone and geospatial tools, and emerging AI-enabled platforms.

 

This role goes beyond technology sales. You will define the strategy, build the organization, and drive customer adoption across the full lifecycle—from initial equipment purchase and onboarding through long-term utilization, connectivity, service, and support.

 

You will lead Technology Sales Specialists, Operations, Service, and Technician teams while partnering closely with Quinn’s Machine Sales, Rental, Parts, and Product Support divisions to make technology a measurable value driver for our customers and our business.

Wages

The salary range for this position is $195,000 to $265,000.

 

Quinn also offers a competitive total rewards package that includes profit sharing, comprehensive benefits, and additional executive-level compensation offerings.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated technology strategy across Cat, Trimble, SITECH, drone/geospatial, connected fleet, and digital platforms.
  • Lead customer technology adoption from pre-delivery and onboarding through full lifecycle utilization and support.
  • Provide full P&L leadership and financial accountability for Quinn Site Solutions.
  • Lead and develop managers and functional leaders across Sales, Operations, Service, and Technical Support.
  • Build scalable sales playbooks, training programs, adoption strategies, and customer engagement models.
  • Partner across Machine Sales, Rental, Parts, Product Support, and other business units to create an aligned enterprise go-to-market strategy.
  • Establish and manage key performance indicators related to grade control activation, VisionLink engagement, CVA growth, ecommerce adoption, customer utilization, and overall division performance.
  • Identify emerging technologies and business opportunities that strengthen Quinn’s value proposition and improve the customer experience.
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and measurable results.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in heavy equipment, construction technology, dealership operations, digital fleet solutions, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated leader-of-leaders experience, including responsibility for multiple business units, functional leaders, and cross-functional teams, is required.
  • Strong knowledge of telematics, grade control, connected fleet platforms, construction technology, and customer adoption models.
  • Proven P&L ownership, financial acumen, and experience translating strategy into measurable business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive adoption of new technology, processes, and business models.
  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value and inspire teams to do the same.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, communicate, and build alignment across multiple levels of an organization.
